We aim to provide excellent service for shipping and delivery. Usually, we will ship to your address from China by air freight. But please note: air freight is not a fixed mode of transport, we will choose the appropriate mode of transport according to your delivery address, the volume and weight of the goods, and other factors.
We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. This policy outlines the shipping scope, processing time, delivery timeframes, fees, and other key details.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent within 7 business days of your order being confirmed.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear. If you have questions, contact our support team at service@moodsquish.com
Address Changes
We are unable to change the shipping address after the package has been dispatched. For address changes before shipping, please contact us immediately.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
In most cases, you will not be charged additional duties or taxes. However, your local customs authority may apply import taxes or fees. These are rare, but we encourage you to check with your local customs office if you have concerns.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or returned due to customs issues, please email service@moodsquish.com and we will assist you with a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Please contact us promptly. Once an order is shipped or processed, we are unable to cancel it.
During the peak promotional season, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas sales (November 28 to December 18, PST), please note that due to high order volumes, shipping times may experience a 1-2 day delay.
